I did this by taking a barn asset that one of the artists made, imported it into Houdini separated the parts and then fractured the part that falls. Turned it into an rbd object and let it render. I then added some dust and debris particles when it breaks. Its pretty basic, but looks good enough in game. In the actual game the player and AI can run into the support pillars breaking them, which causes the barn to fall. I still need to fracture the actual support pillar models then add them as well.
All put together in Unreal
